What these terms cover

They govern use of furas.ma, free access to the directory, and subscription to the Furas service.

The service is provided by HUMMINGBIRD LABS SARL AU, registered office Imm. 118, Appt. 5, Av. Hassan Ier, Cité Dakhla, Agadir, Morocco.

The free part

Reading open opportunities, buyer pages and company pages is free and requires no account.

It is provided as is. The publisher may change how it is presented and what it covers, and does not warrant continuous availability or completeness.

The subscription

Search across all opportunities, alerts, and competitor data are for subscribers.

The subscription is not bought online: it is set up following a commercial conversation. The price, the term, the number of seats and the payment arrangements are those agreed in writing at that point, and they prevail over anything stated on the site.

A trial period may be granted on request during that conversation.

Acceptable use

The subscription is for professional use within the subscribing organisation. Access is personal and is not shared outside it.

Systematic or automated extraction of the content, its resale, or republishing it in volume, require the publisher's prior written agreement.

What the service does not warrant

Furas republishes information produced by third parties. The publisher does not warrant that it is accurate or complete and cannot be held liable for a commercial decision taken on that basis alone.

The service is neither legal advice nor assistance in preparing a bid.

Termination

Either party may end the subscription on the terms agreed in writing when it was set up.

The publisher may suspend access where it is used contrary to these terms, having informed the subscriber.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Agadir have jurisdiction.
